Job summary

FARMAKEIO is seeking a Fulfillment Technician to join our 503B operations in Richardson, TX. You will ensure accurate processing of inbound/outbound shipments, maintain stock, and uphold safety and FDA/cGMP compliance. Strong attention to detail and reliable communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or pharmaceutical compounding is highly desirable.
• Must have no prior felonies or misdemeanors related to controlled substances.
• Ability to pass initial and ongoing drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all products are received, inspected, and documented per regulatory standards.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels, record inventory transactions, and perform regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
• Adhere to strict protocols to ensure products meet quality standards, including checking for damages, expiration dates, and labeling accuracy.
• Maintain clear, accurate records of all shipments to ensure compliance with 503B guidelines and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient fulfillment operations and assist in troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures, cGMP, and all relevant FDA regulatory guidelines.
