Job summary

EY in New York seeks an experienced Pharma Forecasting Manager to deliver global, regional, and country forecasts within a cross-functional analytics team. You will lead model-building, scenario analysis, and execution of strategic forecasting initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, deep TA expertise, and basic Python skills to support analytics and automation. You will present insights to senior leadership and contribute to EY’s pharma practice growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong TA expertise across Oncology, Vaccines, Immunology, Rare Diseases, or other pharmaceutical domains.
• Proficiency in forecasting and analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, and other data processing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term brand forecasts to support strategic and operational planning.
• Conduct brand, franchise, regional, and country-level forecasting, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Apply quantitative and analytical techniques to forecast challenges and perform sensitivity analyses.
• Build, validate, and enhance forecasting models with appropriate assumptions and methodologies.
• Analyze historical performance, market dynamics, and business drivers to improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare concept notes, reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
