Job summary

Adare Pharma Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Vandalia, Ohio facility. You will perform demand and preventive maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment to ensure unimpeded availability. The role requires a strong maintenance background, with GMP exposure preferred.

You will work within a safety-conscious team, following cGMP procedures and company policies, and support calibration, validation, and instrument upkeep as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years’ maintenance experience; GMP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of digital control systems and programmable controllers preferred.
• Ability to learn, troubleshoot, and fix equipment problems required.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and general mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment and facilities are operational and maintained.
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect, repair, and replace instruments; calibrate as needed.
• Follow OSHA, cGMP, SOPs and safety procedures; work with engineering.
