Job summary

Nestlé USA’s Pharma Engineering Co‑Op Program offers a 6‑month immersive experience within a GMP testing environment. You will gain exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing, collaborate across departments, and work on meaningful projects that build capability and understanding of continuous improvement.

Participants receive mentorship from experienced leaders, exposure to multiple departments, and a pathway to develop technical and professional skills in a dynamic, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Degree completion by December 2027 or June 2028 is required.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and grow while delivering results for Nestlé USA through key projects, systems, and people.
• Complete a value‑added project within the program timeframe.
• Demonstrate initiative and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Work on quality, process improvement, and troubleshooting projects.
