Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Pharma Engineering Co‑Op to gain real‑world experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing within a GMP environment. You will work on key projects, learn continuous improvement, and contribute to team-based initiatives while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

The program runs for six months with an immersive experience, mentorship, and exposure to multiple departments. Pay ranges from $25 to $28 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Completion of the required Bachelor’s degree by Dec 2027 or Jun 2028.

Responsibilities

• Learn and grow while delivering results for Nestlé USA through key projects, systems, and people.
• Complete a value-added project within the program timeframe.
• Participate in GMP testing environment and practical process improvements.
