Responsibilities include leading deviations, implementing CAPA, and performing RCA with cross-functional teams. Qualifications include a science/engineering degree and 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifikationen

• B.S./M.S. in engineering or science field.
• 1–3 years post-Bachelor's in a cGMP pharma/biotech environment; academic/internship accepted.
• Experience writing investigations with root cause analysis and CAPA development.
• Familiar with Lean Six Sigma and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical/scientific writing and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Resolve deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead manufacturing and laboratory investigations.
• Provide on-floor technical/scientific support for manufacturing areas.
• Develop working relationships with counterparts in aseptic manufacturing, testing, planning, and release.
• Perform root cause analysis of laboratory test failures and deviations.
