Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Deviation Management Specialist for a prominent client in West Point, PA. This hybrid role supports manufacturing and laboratory investigations and requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–3+ years of deviation management experience.

Hybrid schedule with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite. Pay range is $35 - $41.78/hr depending on experience; contract is 1 year with possible extension and/or conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• 1–3+ years of deviation management / deviation writing experience in a pharmaceutical / biotech / medical device environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the resolution and reduction of process deviations, development and implementation of corrective/preventative actions, and leading manufacturing and laboratory investigations.
• Provide on production floor technical/scientific support for manufacturing areas within Client's Manufacturing Division (MMD).
• Develop working relationships with counterparts in aseptic manufacturing, testing, planning, and release; utilize sound scientific and engineering principles to investigate deviations.
• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of laboratory test failures and manufacturing atypical events; develop corrective/preventative actions.
• Conduct analysis of complex problems through critical analytical thinking and design/execution of laboratory/pilot scale experiments.
