Job summary

Custom Health Inc. is seeking a responsible Medication Delivery Technician to ensure safe, timely delivery of pharmaceutical products to various locations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The Delivery Technician will route-plan deliveries, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Georgia Certified Pharmacy Technician License is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous delivery driver experience preferred in healthcare/pharma.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL may be required depending on vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Safely and timely deliver pharmaceutical products to designated locations.
• Plan and follow efficient routes; adjust for traffic and weather.
• Provide excellent customer service and address delivery inquiries promptly.
• Comply with laws and company policies for transporting pharmaceuticals.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records with timestamps and signatures.
• Handle and store pharmaceutical products safely during transport.
• Coordinate with pharmacy team to ensure smooth deliveries.
