Job summary

RedSail Technologies is seeking a Data Scientist to develop and activate programs using clinical, financial, and operational data. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data, building features, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with domain experts to ensure results drive measurable impact and stay current with data science trends. The position is hybrid, with locations including Long Island, NY, and other RedSail offices.

Qualifications

• Pharma/Pharmacy/Healthcare experience.
• Experience programming with SQL scripting.
• Experience with data analytics visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Ability to transform complex data across multiple platforms into concise datasets.
• Ability to visualize data effectively for projects or studies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; inquisitive.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection from databases, APIs, web scraping and more.
• Data Cleaning to handle missing values and remove duplicates.
• Data Exploration (EDA) to understand distributions and relationships.
• Data Transformation including feature engineering.
• Data Visualization to communicate findings with charts and dashboards.
• Statistical Analysis using t-tests, chi-square, ANOVA, regression.
• Data Communication of insights to stakeholders.
• Collaboration with domain experts to align with business goals.
• Staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Ethical considerations and compliance with data privacy laws.
