Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharma & Lifesciences Analytics – Value & Access Lead in Danbury, CT (hybrid 2-3 days onsite). The role focuses on leadership in pharmaceutical analytics, AP-LD data, and market access strategies to support commercial excellence and payer engagement.

The position requires strong experience in U.S. healthcare analytics, machine learning, Python/SQL, and cross-functional leadership, with global delivery oversight and strategic consulting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Technology, or BE.
• Experience in U.S. healthcare analytics, including pharma, biotech, or payer/provider systems.
• Machine learning and statistical modeling knowledge (e.g., XGBoost, Random Forest, NLP, deep learning).
• Knowledge on GenAI.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare datasets: Medicare/Medicaid, commercial claims, EMR systems, etc.
• Preferred Spark, Power BI, Tableau; R is a plus.
• MSc/MTech/MPharm; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analytics initiatives across pharma, value & access, and healthcare payer/provider domains.
• Apply machine learning techniques to structured and unstructured data to improve patient stratification and outcomes.
• Develop analytical solutions, including Generative AI, to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Lead U.S. market access strategies across therapeutic areas including formulary positioning, pricing, and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with global teams to align value messaging with regional payer expectations.
• Guide decision-making with advanced analytics on promotional strategies and ROI.
