Job summary

STV is seeking a Pharma Senior Project Manager in the Virginia area to lead CQV, automation and systems integration for cGMP and API drug manufacturing facilities. The role serves as the Owner’s representative on national assignments and oversees project teams through all lifecycle phases, from budgeting to commissioning.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in fast-paced mega projects for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field with commensurate experience.
• 10+ years of industry experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience with MSAT, CQV, Automation and Systems Integration; strong communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to resolve issues creatively and supervise people including recruitment and development.
• High proficiency with MS Office, including MS Project and SharePoint; familiarity with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams under Senior Executive direction, setting goals and strategies.
• Manage program financials, schedules, staffing and vendor relationships to achieve program goals.
• Ensure design, procurement, construction decisions align with validation requirements and inspection readiness.
• Oversee owner-side automation, control systems, and digital integration scope.
• Forecast and manage risks, liabilities, and change management across pharma projects.
• Develop and implement policies to foster a high performing team and client relations.
• Maintain schedules and ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
