Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH® is a global, full-service marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry. We seek a Copy Supervisor to lead the copywriting team and ensure high-quality content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.

You will drive storytelling across regulated pharma projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will mentor writers, shape strategy for digital campaigns, and maintain a strong focus on patient-focused messaging within healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required.
• 5–7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising or a related field.
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience is preferred.
• High science experience preferred (oncology, HIV, etc).
• A book featuring conceptual work and very smart digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions and even banners.
• Know-how for writing in a digital landscape — from strategy development to banners to sites to SEO.
• Experience with complex projects that include internal and external account and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the copywriting team and ensure delivery of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to writers and drive strategy across campaigns.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to execute messaging across digital channels.
• Develop creative concepts and ensure regulatory compliance in pharma-focused work.
• Guide the team in storytelling and persuasive writing across platforms.
