Job summary

Quva is seeking a Production Technician I – Prep/Cleanroom Support at our Sugar Land, TX site. You will help ensure quality and safety by supporting cleanrooms, prep and labeling, and material handling within established GMP processes. A strong attention to detail and adherence to precise procedures are essential.

This is a full-time on-site role on the 1st shift (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM CST). You will work Monday through Friday with potential overtime, and operate in a safety-sensitive environment

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass background check.
• Willing to walk, stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow sterile operating rules.

Responsibilities

• Support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding.
• Assist in preparation, labeling, production, and material handling.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of rooms and equipment per standards.
• Maintain aseptic gowning qualification to support cleaning.
• Document activities according to GDPs and procedures.
• Manage FEFO of chemicals and remove expired items monthly.
• Record activities following established procedures.
