Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Rockford is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Specialist to ensure sanitation of production equipment and tooling, supporting quality and safety standards while maintaining production schedules.

You will follow cleaning protocols, use PPE, and maintain accurate records. The role requires coordination with Validation and Quality teams and adherence to cGMP requirements; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic Mathematical Skills required.
• Familiarity with cleaning agents and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of production equipment tooling according to cleaning protocols.
• Follow established cleaning procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene standards.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and support cGMP compliance.
• Coordinate with PCI Validation and Quality Systems as needed.
