Job summary

Cumming Group is hiring for a senior program leadership role in the United States. You will lead an owner’s representative team across project controls, CQV, GMP, EHS, construction and procurement for large-scale pharma capital programs.

Responsibilities include establishing governance, managing scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality and regulatory readiness, and coordinating across EPCs, design, construction, and commissioning to ensure startup readiness.

Qualifications

• Pharma capital projects experience required.
• Experience with cGMP programs preferred.
• Multi-EPC or multi-prime contractor management experience.
• Pharmaceutical engineering, procurement, construction, CQV, startup and readiness experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP facility design, process utilities, automation and validation.
• Program governance, change control, risk management, and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the owner’s representative team across project controls, CQV, GMP, EHS, construction and procurement.
• Establish governance, reporting, decision authority, RACI and escalation procedures.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality, safety and regulatory-readiness requirements.
• Coordinate EPC, EPCM, design, construction, equipment and contractors.
• Oversee interfaces across manufacturing buildings, utilities, laboratories and site infra.
• Resolve contractor scope gaps and sequencing conflicts.
• Oversee the Project Execution Plan, schedule, cost baseline, risk register and CQV strategy.
• Review forecasts, changes, risks, contractor performance and recovery plans.
• Integrate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup and operations readiness.
• Provide executive reporting on cost, schedule, safety, quality and regulatory performance.
