Job summary

You will own the regional business development, oversee MEP or process engineering work, grow the office headcount, and ensure delivery excellence with a small Maryland team.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in electrical, mechanical, or process engineering.
• Real experience on pharmaceutical facility projects.
• Relationships in the DC/Baltimore life sciences market.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships across the region's pharma and biotech community.
• Lead proposals and business development efforts.
