Job summary

Alan N Daum & Associates, Inc. seeks a senior leader to open and run a new mid-Atlantic pharma/biotech office in Maryland. You will own client relationships, drive business development, and guide project delivery in a life sciences context.

You will lead proposals, oversee MEP/process engineering work, and gradually grow the local team as opportunities expand. A PE license and deep pharma facilities experience are essential.

Qualifications

• PE license in electrical, mechanical or process engineering is required.
• Deep pharma facilities experience and a regional network in DC/Baltimore.
• Leadership in opening and growing a life sciences office.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships across the Mid-Atlantic pharma/biotech community.
• Lead proposals and oversee MEP or process engineering work.
• Grow the MD office headcount as the work increases.
