Qualifications

• 7+ years in account management at a pharma/healthcare agency.
• Deep understanding of MLR and how to work within it (without letting it water things down).
• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communicator—clear, direct, and trusted by clients and teams alike.
• Comfortable in data-driven, performance-focused environments.
• Solid financial instincts—you know where the business stands.
• Organized, proactive, and unshakable when things get complicated.
