Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a pharmacy operations assistant to handle clerical, administrative, and customer service tasks. The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for families, children, and individuals who are experiencing or at‑risk of homelessness throughout Colorado.

This position supports pharmacy operations by performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and customer service functions in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include assisting patients with medication pick‑up, scheduling follow‑up appointments, supporting medication delivery processes, and maintaining accurate documentation for third‑party reimbursement and patient assistance programs. This role ensures patients have access to their medications and care coordination while supporting efficient pharmacy operations and providing front‑line administrative and customer service support.
