Job Title: Pharmacy Clerk
Location: Moline, IL
Type: Contract to Hire
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Position Overview:
We seek a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you will process, pack, and ship outgoing prescription orders while also supporting warehouse functions such as receiving and stocking supplies. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of pharmacy items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, pack, and ship outgoing prescription orders, including medication, supplies, and patient educational materials

• Prepare and label packages accurately, including international shipping labels

• Perform inventory and warehouse duties, including stocking, storage, and refrigeration of perishable products

• Ensure proper packaging and box preparation per Standard Operating Procedures

• Support commercial courier and shipping processes

• Maintain appropriate stock of ice bricks for refrigerated shipments

• Receive and organize incoming inventory and supply deliveries

• Assist with shipping, mail, and courier tasks as needed

• Maintain cleanliness of work area, including emptying trash and assembling shipping boxes

• Communicate any shipping or courier issues to the supervisor

• Stay informed about courier and holiday shipping schedules

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in a warehouse, assembly line, or production setting

• Previous experience in a pharmacy environment (any setting)

Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours

• Manual dexterity to handle small tablets and package components

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

• Visual ability to distinguish details and colors at close range
