Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, Biotechnology, Dairy Science, or a related scientific field.
Interest in laboratory work and microbiological testing.
Ability to follow instructions, procedures and laboratory safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist laboratory staff with routine phage testing activities and sample preparation.
Follow laboratory SOPs and safety guidelines.
Support laboratory organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping activities.
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and documentation of laboratory activities.
Help manage laboratory inventories, supplies, and materials.
Prepare laboratory media, reagents, and materials under supervision.
Participate in equipment cleaning, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and learning opportunities.
