Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard Supervisor to oversee pool operations and supervise aquatic staff at our facility in Tallahassee, FL. The role emphasizes enforcing pool rules and ensuring the safety of all participants.

It reports to the Program Development and Communications Strategist and requires active lifeguard duties as part of the leadership responsibilities. Required education includes training to obtain American Red Cross Lifeguard certification and CPR

Qualifications

• Required education: Training to attain American Red Cross Lifeguard certification.
• Required experience: Prefer one year of lifeguard experience.
• Required license/certification: American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR certification.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Supervises members in the aquatic areas of the facility. Responsible for pool operations and the enforcement of pool rules and ensures safety of all participants.
