Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field is required.
  • Strong credit underwriting skills with experience analyzing borrowers and structured transactions.
  • Ability to build and interpret financial models, cash flow analyses, and stress testing.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed credit and risk analyses of borrowers, collateral pools, and structures.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and cash flow scenarios.

The Sr. Associate will play a key role in supporting senior investment professionals across the origination, underwriting, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of private credit investments. This individual will work closely with deal leaders to evaluate opportunities, conduct credit analysis, structure transactions, coordinate execution processes, and present investment recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.This is a highly visible role offering broad exposure across the entire investment lifecycle and the opportunity to work on complex, market-leading transactions. The annual base salary range for this role is from $145,000 to $155,000.
