PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, seeks an experienced reports professional for client deliverables related to direct lending private credit funds. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the Newark, NJ office and two days remote.

This position is part of the PGIM Client Reporting Group which is responsible for designing, preparing and delivering reporting to PGIM's Institutional, Retail, Affiliate, and Alternative clients globally. The group is responsible for the compilation and distribution of portfolio summary reports, portfolio holdings and transaction reports, fact sheets, board reports, fund and investor level reports, as well as custom client reports. In addition to reporting the group supports the client portfolio review meeting process, client ad-hoc requests related to portfolio information, and client questionnaires. The team works closely with Client Management, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Portfolio Analysis, Performance, Compliance, Operations, Fund Administration, and Technology groups. The primary responsibility of this role will be to support client deliverables related to direct lending private credit funds. This is a hybrid work arrangement and will require working three days in our Newark, NJ office and two days remotely.
Note : Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $120,000 to $160,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
