Role Overview

We seek a driven professional for a critical debt originator role within our Agricultural Finance business. The position is remote, based in the Western US, and involves collaboration, ownership, and innovation to maintain our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage loan origination processes, including presentations, debt structuring, pricing, negotiations, and due diligence, under oversight of the Regional Sales Director.
2. Handle asset management duties for existing loans, including quality ratings, collateral management, inspections, and related tasks.
3. Develop new business through marketing activities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
4. Collaborate on various projects such as cash flow modeling, risk analysis, and real estate valuations using proprietary models.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of Agribusiness Lending experience with an established institution.
• Strong analytical skills, expertise in financial and risk analysis, and complex loan negotiation.
• Industry experience in Food Processing & Beverage, Animal Protein, or Cold Storage is preferred.
• Established network of industry contacts and debt providers.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and travel as needed.
• Experience leading and developing analysts; advanced degree preferred but not required.

Additional Information

Salary range: $140,000 - $200,000, plus benefits and potential bonuses. Specific compensation varies based on location, experience, and skills.
