What you will do:
PGIM Real Estate Loan Services is seeking an Investment Analyst to join the 3-year PGIM Real Estate Investment Analyst Program. You will support portfolio and asset managers across the U.S., managing a portfolio of bridge, pre-stabilized, transitional mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, ground-up construction, and preferred equity transactions. This role is based in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

What you can expect:

  • Assist investment professionals in analyzing property performance, building cash flow models, and identifying key trends.
  • Prepare credit memos for borrower requests, including funding, reserve disbursements, lease approvals, and loan modifications.
  • Monitor loan covenants and business plans across various property types.
  • Utilize proprietary technology and Power BI for analysis.
  • Support senior team members with cash flow modeling, risk analysis, and reporting; participate in special projects.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field; GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong quantitative and organizational skills, and excellent communication.
