What you will do

PGIM is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to join our Global Business Enablement team within Real Estate and help power the next generation of data‑driven decision‑making. This role offers the opportunity to work on high‑impact, enterprise-wide data initiatives‑integrating diverse datasets, enabling advanced analytics, and leveraging AI‑enabled capabilities across our strategic data platform. The ideal candidate is energized by solving complex data challenges, partnering with a wide range of business stakeholders, and delivering trusted, well‑governed data products that support strategic insights, operational excellence, and executive decision‑making in a dynamic global real estate platform.

This is a hybrid role (on‑site 3 times a week) based in Newark, NJ or New York, NY.

What you can expect
  • Partner closely with a diverse set of stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, RFP, Operations, Product, Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Business Development, etc.) to understand data requests, clarify requirements, and translate business questions into well‑defined analytical deliverables.
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain analytical datasets by combining data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability to support business reporting and decision‑making needs.
  • Translate business needs into actionable requirements and partner closely with Technology teams to design, architect, and deliver effective data and analytics solutions using a modern approach.
  • Drive effective management and scaling of AI use cases by establishing best practices, standardizing tools and methodologies, and building foundational AI capabilities that enable broader, responsible adoption across teams.
  • Apply strong data governance practices by documenting data sources, definitions, and transformations; supporting data quality checks; and contributing to the maintenance of trusted, well‑governed datasets.
  • Utilize the evolving list of firm approved tools such as Microsoft Purview, CoPilot Studio, Azure, Claude and related platforms‑to make use of end‑to‑end data and analytics solutions with AI capabilities.
  • Support the broader Global Business Enablement team by adapting to evolving priorities, taking on multiple roles as needed, and contributing flexibly across functions.
  • Lead effective project management by driving clear plans, timelines, and deliverables; provide timely and transparent status reporting; and deliver compelling executive‑level storytelling that enables alignment, informed decisions, and stakeholder confidence.
What you will bring
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, data delivery, and business analysis.
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL, Dashboarding (e.g. Power BI, Fabric Workspaces, AI tooling), Excel (Advanced Proficiency)
  • Strong understanding of data governance tooling and data quality frameworks, and issue resolution processes.
  • Experience delivering data products or reusable datasets that support self‑service analytics and enterprise reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies, demonstrated by active engagement with the latest tools and ongoing self‑directed learning
What will set you apart
  • Experience working with Commercial Real Estate or Asset Management
