What You Will Do
We are seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to join our Long-Term Accounting team within PGIM Global Services. You will support the monthly and quarterly close processes, perform accounting, reporting, and analysis, and work with multiple asset classes such as equities, fixed income, asset-backed securities, CLOs, and public bank loans. You will collaborate with various internal partners and have opportunities for leadership development and broad business exposure. The position is based in Tampa, FL or Newark, NJ, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).

Responsibilities include:

• Daily reconciliation of trade and accounting system balances.
• Monthly reconciliation of balances between the accounting system and Oracle general ledger.
• Reconciliation of accounting system to custodian banks.
• Ensuring financial statement balances comply with GAAP & STAT principles.
• Supporting internal and external audits, including SOX controls.
• Assisting with systems initiatives and technology issues.
• Collaborating with business partners across departments.

Additional responsibilities:

• Monitoring investments.
• Oracle accounting entries and ledger reconciliations.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Audit review and support.
• Participation in analysis and special projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand basic accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (advanced preferred).
• Experience or internship in investment management or financial services is a plus.

Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000, depending on location, experience, and skills.
