  • Help define user acceptance testing strategies and support successful product rollouts and adoption
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and improved investment insights
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
What You Will Bring

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including root cause analysis and solution development for system, process, or production issues
  • Ability to help end users adopt and maximize new systems and tools across teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with strong organizational skills and attention to both detail and the big picture
  • Experience using application lifecycle management tools such as Jira and Confluence
What Will Set You Apart?

  • Exposure to AI, generative AI, workflow automation, or modern data platforms
  • Experience working with investment research, portfolio analytics, or financial data ecosystems
  • Knowledge of cloud‑native platforms, APIs, analytics tooling, or modern application architectures
  • CFA designation or progress toward certification
