Job summary

PGIM is seeking motivated interns for a summer internship with a focus on sales and business-to-business solutions. The 10-week program runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, in a hybrid Newark, NJ setting with opportunities for full-time roles after program completion.

Timeline:

Program Dates: Monday, June 7th, 2027 - Friday, August 13th, 2027

What you can expect:

• Gain hands-on experience and learn business-to-business sales including all aspects of a consultative sales model


• Collaborate and shadow with our National Sales Desk, Internal Wholesalers, to learn best practices of the business


• Support sales projects, research, and presentations to ensure successful execution of various business strategies


• Partner with the broader Sales team to provide solutions and initiate efforts to improve process efficiencies

What you’ll need:

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program or 5th year master’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028

Note : The salary range for this role is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
