As a PGIM Operations intern, you'll gain exposure to the teams, processes, and activities that support the investment/fund lifecycle at one of the world's leading asset managers.
From investment transactions and portfolio activity to data management, reporting, and process improvement, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to support accurate execution, efficient operations, and effective client service.
Depending on your placement, you’ll contribute to projects and day-to-day activities that support operational excellence while developing your analytical, problem-solving, and professional skills.
Help support operational teams responsible for the processing and oversight of investment transactions and portfolio activity across areas such as fixed income and derivatives, securities lending, bank loans, collateral management, and other investment products. Gain exposure to the processes that help ensure transactions are completed accurately, portfolio information is maintained effectively, and investment teams have the operational support needed to manage client assets.
This is a strong fit for students who enjoy problem solving, working in fast-paced environments, collaborating across teams, and learning how investment products move through the financial markets.
Help support teams responsible for the administration, accounting, and reporting activities that help PGIM's investment funds operate effectively. Exposure may include fund accounting processes, NAV (net asset value) calculations, fund launches and transitions, trustee reporting, performance reporting, and regulatory reporting. Gain insight into how investment products are structured, maintained, and reported, while helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of information provided to clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.
This is a strong fit for students who enjoy analytical thinking, working with data, attention to detail, and understanding how investment products are managed and reported.
Note: The hourly rate for this role is $33.00. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
