Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana, seeks a PGA Intern to work with Outside Operation Attendants, Caddies, and golf staff to ensure premier guest service and smooth department operations.

The role supports tournament events, shop activities, and PGA testing timelines. Enrolled in the PGA Apprentice Program with a focus on hospitality, customer service, and golf operations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of USGA rules and golf industry is preferred.
• Strong hospitality and service orientation.
• Computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer service in all facets of Golf Operation.
• Assist in scheduling and training Outside Operations Attendants and Caddies.
• Assist with annual golf tournaments and events at the course.
• Support Golf Shop Retail with inventory and maintenance activities.
• Manage scheduling using Golf Simulator and daily play monitoring.
• Support PGA Testing according to schedule.
