Job summary

Del Sol Solutions seeks a Day Porter to keep client facilities clean and welcoming. The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work on-site Monday through Friday.

You will vacuum floors, empty trash, service restrooms, clean glass surfaces, and assist with building security and safety tasks. Experience as Janitor or related work is preferred; CJIS background check may be required.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday on-site.
• Must have proven working experience as Janitor or related work.
• Must be trainable and open to learn and act in accordance with the Del Sol standard.
• Must be able to respond and act quickly.
• Must have strong multitasking skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a CJIS background check.
• Bonus: A working knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping).
• Gathering and emptying indoor trash.
• Clean, service and resupply restrooms.
• Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces.
• Engaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance).
• Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture.
• Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities.
• Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Custodial duties.
