Job summary

PTMW, Inc. is seeking a hands-on PFAB Shift Lead to oversee the shop floor on the D shift (6:00pm–6:00am, Thu–Sat, rotating every other Wed). You will lead fabrication teams, ensure schedules, quality, and safety, and drive continuous improvements.

The role requires strong shop-floor knowledge, leadership, ERP familiarity, and the ability to communicate across teams in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fabrication or manufacturing team.
• Familiarity with shop drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient with ERP and production-tracking tools.
• OSHA safety training preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of fabrication team members on the shop floor.
• Assign tasks to team members based on job priority and schedule.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and safety.
• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
