Job summary

OWL Services LLC is seeking a Petroleum Service Technician to join its southeastern team. The role involves diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical issues, performing software/hardware installations, and handling emergency and scheduled repairs.

Travel across North and South Carolina is required; long-term opportunity with a growing company. Candidates should have prior petroleum service experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills, plus a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical and electrical equipment knowledge.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer equipment.
• Provide stellar customer service.
• Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance in a timely manner.
• Follow safety rules and guidelines.
• Maintain truck inventory and supplies.
• Keep truck clean and perform scheduled maintenance on the company vehicle.
• Submit proper and neat paperwork outlining repairs completed and parts used.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and co-workers.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Petroleum Service Technician to join our southeastern team. The service technician's role entails diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical issues, software and hardware installations, and performing emergency and scheduled repairs and maintenance. This is an opportunity for a long‑term position and to join a growing company. Must be willing to travel throughout North and South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Effectively diagnose and repair customer equipment.
• Conducts work in a professional manner and provides stellar customer service.
• Performs repairs and scheduled maintenance in a timely manner.
• Follows safety rules and guidelines.
• Maintains truck inventory and supplies.
• Maintains truck clean, hazard free, and performs all scheduled maintenance on company vehicle.
• Submits proper and neat paperwork outlining repairs completed and parts used.
• Maintains a professional relationship with clients and co-workers.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a petroleum service technician.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical and electrical equipment knowledge.
• Must posses a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
