Job summary

OWL Services is a premier service provider with a nationwide footprint, seeking a Petroleum Service Technician to join our southeastern team in North Carolina. The role requires diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical issues, performing installations, and handling emergency and scheduled repairs.

The technician must be willing to travel throughout North and South Carolina, support customer service excellence, and maintain safety and paperwork standards while representing the company

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a petroleum service technician.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must posses a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer equipment.
• Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance in a timely manner.
• Maintain truck inventory and supplies.
• Submit neat paperwork outlining repairs and parts used.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Petroleum Service Technician to join our southeastern team. The service technician's role entails diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical issues, software and hardware installations, and performing emergency and scheduled repairs and maintenance. This is an opportunity for a long‑term position and to join a growing company. Must be willing to travel throughout North and South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Effectively diagnose and repair customer equipment.
• Conducts work in a professional manner and provides stellar customer service.
• Performs repairs and scheduled maintenance in a timely manner.
• Follows safety rules and guidelines.
• Maintains truck inventory and supplies.
• Maintains truck clean, hazard free, and performs all scheduled maintenance on company vehicle.
• Submits proper and neat paperwork outlining repairs completed and parts used.
• Maintains a professional relationship with clients and co-workers.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a petroleum service technician.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical and electrical equipment knowledge.
• Must posses a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
