The intern will work on well construction projects, prepare reports, visit drilling sites, learn industry software, and collaborate with engineers on budgeting and project execution.

Candidates must be pursuing a petroleum engineering degree with a 3.0 GPA and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing undergraduate or master's in petroleum engineering.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Previous internship experience preferred.
• Presentation and communication skills are a must.
• Ability to communicate with field personnel and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed reports on drilling activities and progress.
• Visit drilling sites to gain hands-on experience.
• Learn and use industry software for modeling drilling operations.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in budgeting and capital/expense planning.
• Design and construct safe and efficient wells for completions and stimulations.
