The role covers from bidding through final billing, with independent and team collaboration. The PM will oversee site visits, client communications, and documentation, including invoices and project controls.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in major plants in the petrochemical industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience from bidding stage through final billing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment and other expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure materials for projects are available.
• Visit project sites to evaluate progress and respond to customers' concerns or questions.
• Communicate with clients about project progress and status.
• Assist in generating invoices for clients based on services rendered as per contract documents.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring field personnel when project requirements require it.
• Communicate with job sites regarding issues that must be communicated to clients.
• Create O&M manuals and Turn-Over packages.
• Project document control.
