Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Accredited in PetSmart Training Instructor Course.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with pet parents and their pets, providing positive experiences.
• Educate pet parents about the benefits of pet training.
• Sell training classes in store, over the phone, and online.
• Maintain all paperwork related to pet training.
• Create a safe environment for pets and guests.
• Ensure training area is clean and presentable.
