A leading healthcare provider in Houston is seeking a PET Technologist to perform high-quality nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging on patients. The ideal candidate will hold current ARRT and/or NMTCB certification, as well as BLS and venipuncture certifications. Qualifications
Must have current ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification with State Nuclear Medicine License.
Requires a high school diploma or GED.
Must have BLS certification.
Must have venipuncture certification/permit.
Responsibilities
Perform high quality nuclear medicine and PET/CT images on patients.
Explain test procedures and safety precautions to patients.
Monitor patients’ well-being during exams.
Safeguard patient property and health information.
Skills
