Job summary

Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Colorado is seeking an experienced PET Tech for on-site work at multiple locations, including Boulder, Thornton, or Denver. You will perform PET scan procedures, administer radiopharmaceuticals, and ensure accurate patient data and image archiving.

The role offers competitive pay ($35.00–$55.00 per hour) and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in nuclear medicine from an AMA-accredited program.
• 3–5 years experience in nuclear medicine or PET.
• CNMT and/or ARRT(N) certification and state licensure where applicable.
• PET Technologist with ARRT(R)(N)(CT) or NMTCB(CT) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs PET scan procedures including injection of radiopharmaceutical, setup of protocol, reconstruction and development of images.
• Assist in scheduling procedures and related front-office functions to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensures accuracy of patient demographic information, report distribution and patient files.
• Collects clinical data for patient follow-up and development of teaching and educational information.

Overview

Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, Colorado's largest and most comprehensive provider of cancer care has an exciting opportunity for an experienced PET Tech.

This position requires on-site work at multiple locations and may be scheduled in Boulder, Thorton or Denver. This position is eligible for mileage reimbursement in accordance with company policy.

Salary Range: $35.00-55.00

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelors degree in nuclear medicine technology from an AMA accredited program. Minimum three to five years experience in nuclear medicine and/or previous PET experience. CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) and/or ARRT (N) certification and state licensure where applicable. PET Technologist with (ARRT) (R) (N) (CT) or NMTCB (CT) highly desirable.
