Job summary

Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Pet Stylist to provide professional grooming services in our California grooming salon.

You will bathe, trim, and style pets while prioritizing safety and pet welfare, delivering excellent care and customer service. Qualifications

• Completion of Pet Stylist Apprentice program or equivalent grooming experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts and styling.
• Operate and maintain grooming tools and equipment.
• Prioritize pet safety and comfort; monitor pets for distress and report concerns.
• Interact with pet parents to provide recommendations and care guidance.
