Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus is looking for a Store Team Member to join our neighborly team. You’ll help customers choose toys and supplies, stock shelves, and ring up purchases while keeping pets safe and clean in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include educating customers on pet care, assisting with bagging and checkout, and contributing to a friendly, bustling store. Applicants must be 16+ and pass a state drug screening where applicable, with evenings, weekends, and holidays available.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and neighborly attitude.
• Able to stock, stock rotation and light lifting as needed.
• Comfort with handling and caring for pets per store policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist neighbors in selecting toys, food, and accessories.
• Review labels and explain product information to customers.
• Stock shelves and process purchases at checkout.
• Educate customers on pet care and responsible ownership.
• Maintain clean and safe store environments and assist with daily tasks.
