Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Store Team Member to help neighbors with their pet needs and provide friendly, knowledgeable service. You will stock shelves, assist customers at checkout, and ensure animals are cared for and habitats are clean.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable with animals, able to lift 40–65 lbs, and willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Background screening and being 18+ are required. Experience with fish and reptiles is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with the public in a retail or grocery setting.
• Ability to process purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Comfort handling animals and interacting with neighbors (customers).

Responsibilities

• Process purchases at the register with accuracy and speed.
• Provide information on membership offers and store programs.
• Stock shelves and unload deliveries safely.
• Care for animals in store and maintain clean habitats.
