Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Store Team Member to help neighbors and their pets with friendly, knowledgeable service. You will stock shelves, ring up purchases, assist with pet care, and answer questions about pet ownership in a fast-paced store.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 65 lbs, and occasional evening, weekend, or holiday shifts. 16+ and a drug screen may be required depending on state.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to pass a drug screen where required.
• Physically demanding role requiring lifting 40-65 lbs and long periods of standing.
• Excellent neighborly service and willingness to learn about pets.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and ring up neighbors’ purchases.
• Help customers choose toys and review product labels.
• Care for pets in-store, including feeding and cleaning habitats.
• Answer questions about pet care to help customers maintain pets.
