Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Passion for customer service and pet well-being.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn about products/services.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an exceptional experience.
• Assist the Store Manager in overall store operations.
• Share product knowledge to fit customer needs and promote pet health.
• Handle front-end duties: cash register, bagging, stock, displays.
• Maintain a clean store front and stock room.
• Assist with markdowns, re-tickets, labeling, and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or leadership.
