You will greet shoppers, learn product details for pets, operate the POS, stock shelves, and support delivery orders while respecting safety standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Commitment to animals and their owners is essential.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening are required.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate or learn the POS system.
• Valid driver's license with at least two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers according to standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to address customer and pet needs.
• Stock and stock deliveries; maintain a clean store environment.
• Operate the POS system: open/close registers, create accounts, process transactions.
• Perform inventory counts and routine store maintenance.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle and fulfill Same Day Delivery orders.
• Attend educational sessions and participate in team duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
