NVA Pet Resorts in Las Vegas is seeking a Professional Pet Bather to join our Pet Spa team. This hands-on role focuses on safe, thorough bathing and strict sanitation, with clear communication to pet parents and team members.

In this full-time position, you will follow safety procedures, monitor pets for stress or health concerns, and support the Grooming and Spa team as needed, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be safety-focused, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with pet parents and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional bathing services based on client requests.
• Brush out coats, dry pets thoroughly, trim nails, and clean ears.
• Monitor pets for signs of stress, skin conditions, or health concerns.
• Ensure pets receive water and potty breaks during extended appointments.
• Follow safety procedures for nervous or reactive pets.
• Review prior notes and service history before beginning each appointment.
