Pet Food Express in the Livermore/ Pleasanton area is seeking a Lead Sales Consultant to act as a trusted keyholder, drive sales, and coach Sales Associates. You will guide customers, manage daily store operations, and uphold service standards.

This role requires flexibility for scheduled shifts, strong attendance, and a Customer-first approach to help families find the right pet products and solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year leadership and keyholder experience, preferably in retail.
• Experience in pet retail is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel among neighboring stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead PFE Sales Associates through store open and close procedures.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and balanced drawers.
• Oversee unloading of shipments and merchandising updates.
• Coach team to deliver high-quality customer service.
