Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year leadership and keyholder experience.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and drive sales while providing tailored product recommendations.
• Lead and coach Sales Associates to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
• Oversee store operations and cash handling, including opening/closing procedures and accurate transactions.
• Maintain store displays and visual merchandising to company standards.
